Hi, I’m Hannah —

The biz strategist and encourager who’s ready to guide you from stressed out to streamlined.

You might know me as the girl who scaled her VA agency from three to 27 clients in six months, while working five hours a week.

But it wasn’t always that way.

In fact, I used to do client work 7 days a week without days off. While I loved getting results for my clients, work became my all-consuming focus. That meant that time with family, time for myself, and everything in between was shoved to the bottom of my priority list. I felt guilty when I was so busy I couldn't spend time with my family, but I also felt guilty when I was away from my desk for a couple of hours and couldn’t do client work. 

… I even spent one Christmas morning up at 4am madly trying to complete client work before family lunch. That sucked. And it was a BIG wake-up call for me. I realised that if I couldn’t even switch off from client work on Christmas day, then my entire business wasn’t sustainable! 

So I decided to make a change. I adjusted my package inclusions, streamlined my workflows, changed my client communication, and hired a team. Long story short, I was able to go down to working three days a week while also studying at uni and doing teaching pracs, and I even had a month off work to go on a trip to Hawaii – all while my clients were looked after. From there, I scaled to 27+ clients without adding anything else to my plate.
