I grew my VA agency from 3 to 27 clients in 6 months while working 5hrs/week.

Clients/business friends would ask me how I was able to manage and grow my business while still delivering a great client experience, and actually having a life!

So I distilled my experience into coaching services and mini-workshops to help service providers turn their service into a streamlined package that they could manage either with a team or as a solopreneur (while still having the agency side to my business).

I made it my mission to help service providers (aka you!) to ditch those scattered to-do lists for an actual weekly schedule that they can rely upon to deliver income, great client results & still have time to take spontaneous days off.

MY STORY

Year 01

Landed my first VA client, while at university studying primary teaching

Year 02

Went from 3 to 27 clients in 6 months

Year 03

Managed 30 retainer clients a month while studying

Year 04

Packaged all I’d learnt to help other services providers through coaching and online programs…. And let all 30 clients go (that’s a story for another time;)

Year 05

Booked VA clients again and grew that side while still coaching

And now?

I have a full schedule but it never feels full because I’ve purposefully built it that way.

My current income streams:

Primary teaching (never intended to actually go back to teaching but in 2023 I did and LOVE it!)
VA services (I still have VA clients and always will - it’s such a good revenue stream, I LOVE DFY services and it helps me be a better coach!)
Coaching (through 1:1 coaching and systems shop)
